Rajan Odayar

Rajan Odayar serves as Waystar’s Chief Digital, Information & Cybersecurity Officer, leading the company’s digital transformation, information technology, cybersecurity, internal enterprise artificial intelligence, risk and compliance, payment operations, payer operations, and payer relations functions.

With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Rajan has helped organizations accelerate growth through technology innovation, operational transformation, cybersecurity resilience, and AI-driven modernization across healthcare, payments, financial services, fintech, and technology sectors.

At Waystar, Rajan is responsible for advancing the company’s digital, information, and cybersecurity strategy while driving internal enterprise AI transformation. His leadership focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes, strengthen operational performance, and support long-term growth.

Rajan holds an MBA in Finance and Technology, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Engineering. He is an alumnus of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, the University of Oxford, and the University of Cambridge.
