As Waystar’s Executive Vice President, HS+H Sales Officer, John Palumbo leads the company’s health system and hospital sales organization, partnering with providers to help them simplify revenue cycle operations and improve financial performance through technology.
John brings more than two decades of healthcare technology and enterprise sales leadership experience. Before joining Waystar, he held senior commercial leadership roles at 3M, where he led national health system sales and strategic accounts, following earlier leadership positions at Siemens Healthineers and Allscripts. Throughout his career, he has helped some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations navigate complex operational challenges while driving growth through trusted partnerships and strategic innovation.
John earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
